Refund and Cancellation Policy

At GeekSpark, we sell digital products (software scripts, mobile app source codes, and website templates). Due to the nature of digital "intangible" goods, we maintain the following policy:

• Digital Downloads: Refunds are generally not provided once the product has been downloaded or the license key has been issued.
• Defective Products: If a script is found to be "not as described" or contains a technical bug, you must report it within 7 days. Our team will attempt to fix it. If we cannot fix it within 10 business days, a full refund will be processed.
• Cancellations: You may cancel an order only if the download link has not been accessed or sent to your email.

Payment Terms & Conditions

By purchasing from GeekSpark, you agree to the following financial terms:

1. Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, and Stripe. All transactions are processed in USD unless otherwise stated.

2. Pricing

GeekSpark reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, once an order is placed, the price is locked and will not change for that specific transaction.

3. Fraud Prevention

All payments are subject to verification. We reserve the right to delay delivery of scripts if our payment gateway marks a transaction as "High Risk" until manual verification is complete.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is vital to us. This policy outlines how GeekSpark handles your data:

• Data Collection: We collect your name, email, and IP address to deliver products and prevent license abuse.
• Financial Data: GeekSpark does not store your credit card details. All payments are handled by our PCI-compliant partners (Stripe/PayPal).
• Cookies: We use cookies to remember your cart items and login session.
• Third Parties: We never sell your data. We only share email addresses with our newsletter provider (if you opt-in).

Terms of Service (ToS)

1. License to Use

When you buy a script, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license. You may use it for your personal or client projects, but you cannot resell the "original source code" on other marketplaces.

2. Support

Standard purchases include 6 months of free technical support for bugs. Support does not include "Customization" or adding new features that aren't in the original demo.

3. Limitation of Liability

GeekSpark is not responsible for any data loss or server issues caused by the improper installation of our scripts.
