Refund and cancellation policy

GeekSpark sells digital products: software scripts, mobile app source code and website templates. Because these are intangible goods, the following applies:

• Digital downloads: refunds are generally not provided once the product has been downloaded or the license key has been issued.
• Defective products: if a script is not as described or contains a technical bug, report it within 7 days. We will try to fix it, and if we cannot within 10 business days, you get a full refund.
• Cancellations: you may cancel an order as long as its files have not been downloaded from your account.
• Refunded orders: once a refund is issued, the product's downloads are removed from your account.
• CodeCanyon purchases: products bought on CodeCanyon follow Envato's refund policy and are handled through Envato.

By purchasing from GeekSpark you agree to the following:

1. Payment methods and currency

Buyers with a billing address in India pay in Indian rupees (INR) through Razorpay, which accepts UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets. Buyers everywhere else pay in US dollars (USD) through PayPal, with a PayPal balance or a card. The billing country you choose at checkout decides the currency.

2. Pricing

GeekSpark may change prices at any time. Once an order is placed, its price is locked for that transaction.

3. Fraud prevention

All payments are subject to verification. Delivery may be delayed until manual verification is complete if a payment is flagged as high risk.

Privacy policy

Your privacy matters to us. This is how GeekSpark handles your data:

• Data we collect: your name, email address, country and the IP address of each download, to run your account, deliver products, answer messages and prevent license abuse.
• Payment data: GeekSpark never sees or stores card, UPI or bank details. Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay and PayPal, both PCI-DSS compliant.
• Cookies: we use essential cookies to keep the site secure, and Google Analytics to understand how the site is used.
• Newsletter: if you subscribe, we use your email only to send product news. Reply to any email to unsubscribe.
• Third parties: we never sell your data.

Terms of service

1. License to use

Buying a product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license. You may use it in your own or client projects as allowed by your license type, but you may not resell or redistribute the original source code.

2. Support

Purchases include 6 months of free support for bugs and installation. Support does not cover customisation or new features, which we can quote separately.

3. Limitation of liability

GeekSpark is not responsible for data loss or server issues caused by improper installation or modification of our products.
